2000 Buick Park Avenue brakes pulsates when braking at high

2000 Buick Park Avenue Two Wheel Drive Automatic 130000 miles

The brakes pulsates when braking at higher speeds. The brakes don't puslsates are bad after I replaced the rear rotors. They were pitted. The front rotors look fine.

I can also fell a little vibration in the steering wheel when I reach speeds of 60 and up. I recently had new tire installed along with an alignment. Additionally, I had a bad tie rod end replaced as well.
After all of that, the car ride did improve. However, after all of that, I still can feel the vibration. It's just not as strong.
