1998 Buick Park Avenue front end alighnment or tire balance

i just bought tires for my 98' park ave and i had them balanced, but now when i get up to 65mph, the passenger side shakes? and i feel it in the steering wheel can you help?

If the problem wasn't there before, then have the balance rechecked. If it is good and the rim isn't bent, check the tire for a shifted belt or a problem with the tire itself. Also, if you want, rotate the tires to the rear to see if the vibration changes. If it does, then the alignment isn't the problem.
