I have a 1996 Buick Park Ave and when I began to drive it the Front driver side wheel seems like it wants to come off and my sterring wheel shakes. It doest matter what speed I am going it just feels like the whole car is shaking, do you know what it could be?

Sounds like you may have worn wheel bearings or ball joints. Have someone check the wheel while the front end is raised by pushing in/out on top and bottom of wheel as well as pushing in on left and right side of wheel. It shouldn't give much at all. If it does you need to inspect your ball joint and wheel bearings.
