1991 Buick Park Avenue More weird GM electric problems!

1991 Buick Park Avenue 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I disconnected the negative battery terminal overnight hooked it back in the next day and noticed that the following happened.

- Power door locks don't work unless the door is closed or sometimes
when the door is closed they don't work unless the car is running

- The power mirrors are doing the same thing the door locks are doing.

- The power seats are doing the same thing the locks and mirror are doing.

- The power seats, mirrors and locks must be tied together somehow because if one works they all do.

- The 194/168 light on the drivers side floor doesn't work at all.
I changed the light bulb to see if that was the problem and still nothing

-I open the door and the dome lights don't work also they don't work from the sliding switch on the dash.
However if I push the buttons for each dome lights they will light up

All of this stuff worked before I disconnected the negative battery cable

I'd have to be sure, the battery connections are good on both ends. Then I'd check the fuse box, use testlite, check for voltage, circuit breaker number 4-- 30 amp, should be hot all the time. Circuit breaker 3 and 4, may be the same, you can look, swap them if they're the same. If no voltage on that circuit, I haven't found enough info to track the circuit?

I forgot to mention the reason I took the negative battery cable off the side post was so I could replace the old connector to the side post on the negative cable. That is brand new and looks like it is installed right.

I checked current to all the fuses/circuit breakers and it all looked normal some of them were always on. This is the weirdest electrical issue I have ever had with any car. This must be a GM thing?
I have owned Chevrolet, BMW, Honda and Buick and never ran into such a electrical problem in tell the Buick.
When I bought the car the car the panel that tells you what lights aren't working showed that the low beam headlights are out however they weren't so I changed them and it still showed they were out however I noticed that the right low beam was not as bright as the left side.
