1998 Le sabre 89,000 mi. 3800 engine
No heat from I have replaced the radiator because of a secer leak and flushed system yet still no heat.
One of the heater hoses is hot the other is cold and no liqyid comes out of it.

Flush the heater core. Chances are that it's blocked up. Take a garden hose and with gentle pressure run water through the heater core till the water runs clear.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
