Hard Starting

2003 Buick Lesabre 41, 00 miles 3.8L engine. The car use to always start on the first try. Now it will take two or three tries to start whether it is cold, warm, or hot. I checked the Fuel pressure during these long starts and the pressure is between 44 and 50 psi. The car turns over fine and the spark to each of the spark plugs is a nice blue. If I disconnect the Fuel injector plug from each of the individual injectors, the idle changes and it runs a little rough. There are no codes in the PCM and the Check engine light never comes on.
