2001 Buick Lesabre loose dashboard

Interior problem
2001 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl

Part of my dash board is pulling away from the base due to hot temperatures and no garage. Can it be stretched back and secured? It looks like foam board so I don't know if it can be glued back down.

Hi:
You could try, but chances are glue isn't going to hold it. When they dry out, they become very brittle. The easiest thing to do would find one from a salvage yard and replace it.
