2000 Buick Lesabre Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Automatic 50000 miles

I have a Buick Lesabre that has intermittent instrument panel problems. EVERYTHING goes wacky. All the lights come on and the radio goes off. The security lights come and and beep and it gets quite annoying while traveling. The seat belt light and air bag lights come on. Sometimes all the gauges go to 0 as well.
