Electrical problem
1997 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Car doesen't start on cold weather. First key it while slow move the engine without any luck. At the second try the power will connect and disconect repetitivly accompanied by a relay clicking noise.

Hi:
It sounds like you have a dead battery. If you have a volt meter, check to see how many volts the battery is producing. If you don't, remove the battery and have it checked at a nationally recognized parts store. Most will check it for free. Let me know what you find.
