Electrical problem
1995 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 104k miles

When I am going real slow over a speed bump and let completely off the accelerator pedal or make a turn in a parking lot the car dies. I can immediately put it in neutral and start it every time though. Battery has been replaced recently. Voltage will drop to ~8 volts when car dies. I am wondering if this is a TPS problem? Also, when I start it it takes a few seconds for voltage to come up to it's operating 13 volts.

I'd make sure the battery has a full charge and battery connections are all clean and tight, not only at the battery but the other end also. Check the charging system. You also need to be aware of the idle-air system, comes into play when you take your foot off the gas.

Found two small U shaped hoses next to t-stat that were collapsed and rotten that we replaced. Car seems to not die with these replaced but will update if it still does.
Battery connections were checked but we didn't have time to make it to the IAC valve yet.
