1990 Buick Lesabre catalytic converter

I need to find and replace the catalytic converter? Where is it & how do you get it off?

The catalytic converter is mounted in the engine exhaust stream ahead of the muffler.
A replacement converter is often bolted on with new gaskets. Some of them require welding for installation.
