The front driver's and passengers door will not open from the outside and I need ot remove the door panel in order to get to the problem. What is the best way to remove the panel and fix this issue?

If you don't mind penetating oil on your car door, try shooting some when you push the button in and then the door lock assembly it self on the edge of the door. See if that frees it up. Otherwise you'll need a screwdriver or torx wrenh to remove the screws in the arm rest a nd a door clip tool to get behind the panel an dpull the lcips off then watch it with the rear view mirror soyou don' t break the cables going to it. Then lube the lock linkage which won't be easy to get to. Make sure your window is up.
