I have a 2000 Buick Century Custom, 3.1 L engine with 165000 miles, automatic transmission and Air. Recently the blower fan on the A/C and defroster/vent has stopped running on the two lowest settings & squeels badly on the higher settings. The last two times it has rained there has been a large puddle of water on the front passenger floor. I took the stiff fabric cover out from unde rthe glove box but can't find any obvious places that it might be leaking from.
PLEASE HELP

I have the exact same problem. I have already had the front and back windows resealed, and it did not fix the issue. In fact last time, I had my car under the car port, and only the trunk was sticking out. But sure enough about 2 inches of water in the passenger floor. Looks like you have had your question out there for awhile. I hope we can get an answer.

I had the same problem last year. I solved it by looking under the hood. It's a little hard to describe but where the hood closes towards the back by the passenger side there should be a large rubber fat "L" shaped piece of weathstripping. I found that mine was squished and was not effective. I tried to re-shape it but it wouldn't hold so I bought the largest size weather strip they had at the store and used a strip of that. I haven't had a puddle on the floor since. The water was just building up there and naturally running it through the passenger front wall onto the floor. Hope this works for you!
