Interior problem
2004 Buick Century Front Wheel Drive

I've removed the power window/power mirror switch and have disconnected the electrical connections. I've also disconnected the power door lock switch. Obviously to accomplish this I unpinned the door panel around the perimeter. Still I can't remove the panel. Something that I am unable to see in the middle of the panel is holding it. I don't know if it's more pins or if it's something else. I don't want to force it. Should the arm rest that held the power window/power mirror have been removed? If so, is it pinned on? Should it be pried off? I'm trying to resolve a problem with the power window on the driver's side which may bring up further questions.

Thank you for your help,

Dennis Jackson

Usually the art rest has to be unscrewed from the door frame. Look underneath and check for any recessed screws, perhaps hidden under pry-out plugs. There's also typically a screw under the door latch handle.
