Not really as long as you know how to do it. Does this car have the two dogbone struts in front on the top of the engine compartment?

Thanks for your reply. It does have two dogbone supports at the front and I think I know what your suggestion will be. I was hoping that maybe I could access the plugs from underneath (I have a small ramp). Someone even suggested I could gain access from one side at the wheelwell. Well frankly as the owner of two classic cars which are a pleasure to work on, I don't have much patience with these new vehicles with their shoe-horned in engines so I'll just do as I usually do and drop it round to my mechanic and give him the headache.
