The back passenger window started falling down all by it self. Could it have fallen off the tract or if the motor is out will this allow the window to fall up and down by itself without any resistance?

This is because the regulator is either broken or not attached to the window any longer.

I am attaching the info from the manual but here are a couple of guides that will show you how to do this repair:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-and-replace-a-electric-power-window-motor

Basically, we need to remove the door panel and see what is happening, but I suspect you will find the tabs are not connected to the window or the regulator has broken.

Please see the attached info below on how to replace the window which is basically what you are going to have to do as you are going to have to reattach it to the regulator as I suspect it came off.

Please let us know what you find. Thanks
