On my driver door mounted control panel is a electric window lockout switch. None of the windows switches on the other three doors can operate the windows, but all windows can be operated from the driver console panel. I pulled the switch panel from the driver's door and upon viewing it noticed there was a clear plastic clip below the lockout switch which didn't appear to be broken, but yet the lockout switch appears to be in the locked position. Any clue on how to rectify this problem?

Yo need to make sure the dark blue wire has power when ignition is on, this will tell you that the lockout switch is ok. if you have power there then i would suspect the blue wire is broken, most likely in the drivers door rubber boot where the wires go through,(very common)
