My windshield wipers on my car were working fine the other day and then when I was driving home in the rain the passenger side wiper slowly stopped working. The driver side wiper is fine but the other hardly moves anymore. How do I fix it?

It sounds like the wiper arm has come lose. Can you check the arm nut to make sure it is tight?

Check out the diagrams (Below)

Please let us know what you find.

Cheers

When you turn them off they park in the up position? If so, you have an issue with the park arm on the wiper motor. There is a little tab where it meets with the wiper transmission that has probably bent. It will be will need to be realigned.

Wipers straight up and down when turned off. Work fine when using. Had snow accumulation when shut off before the wipers got off track

Snow in the path of the wiper arms can damage the splines of the arms. I would grab each arm and see if you can manually rotate it on the pivot. If you can, you need arms. If not, you may be able to loosen them at the pivots, make sure the system is off and parked, place the arms in true park position and tighten or install them.

Drivers side wiper does not work--passenger side ok. Think wife tried to run wipers and they were frozen under ice.
