2000 Buick Century illumination of odometer and gear indica

The illumination of the odometer and the gear indicator is weak or non existent. I have check the fusing and found it to be OK. At times the illumination was weak and then faded. What else should I check?

Check the grounding at the rear of the instrument cluster and also check the bulbs.

Hi, I've Run Into This A FewTimes now. You Can't Replace Anything. It Is a Florescent display. You have To Remove The Cluster And Send it out for Repair. At the speedometer Shop.
