2000 Buick Century Bolt patterns

I have a Millennium Edition Century, Will my 5X100 mm bolt pattern rims bolt on? They're 16's wrapped in 225/45/R16's, Not sure what the backspacing is, Elbrus rims from tire rack for my 89 cavalier I sold.

Will they fit? If not is there an adapter/spacer that will convert it to work? And where can I get one if so?

I'm sorry, but I don't have the information on wheel bolt patterns. I would recommend contacting a tire shop that sells wheels. They would have all the information for each car including offset.
