1999 Buick Century leaking coolant

I have a 99 buick century it won't start, every time I turn the ignition I see coolant shooting from one of the head bolts, what could be the problem?

I dont know if coolant is leaking from your head bolt. They are notorious for cracking intake manifold plenoms.
