1999 Buick Century fuel pump

Hi my car starts and runs fine but when I give it gas car seems to bog down not smooth but doesnt turn off do you think its my fuel pump checked fuel filter and it is fine?

Start by testing fuel pump pressure. Here is a How To video that explains how to do it..
