1998 Buick Century Door panel

Interior problem
1998 Buick Century 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have the above car and I can only remove the door panel can not remove completly so I can see the window. I supect a window trak either broke or the window came out of the track.
The power window motor works it I can hear it gose
down only and will not go complety
I have to tape the window up so it won't fall down by its sefl so far the window was up when it rained

any help would be appreceitaed
