1998 Buick Century 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive

Hi; I was wondering if you could give me some assistance. I have a 1998 Buick century and I can turn the blower control switch off and it remains running at full speed. I can even turn off the ignition and it remains running. I checked the blower motor setting switch and it tests okay so the only other thing it could possibly be is the blower motor resistor assembly. I have a Haynes manual but it is hard to tell exactly where to find this assembly. Could you please be kind enough to tell me where this resistor assembly is located. Thank you for your time.

Blower motor relay has failed and is powering up motor on high. It is integeral with resistor assembly so need to replace as unit. Located under passenger side dash, remove under panel will see next to motor bolts onto air plenum.
