The car has power for door locks, seats, headlights, ect, When you turn the key forward or backward for accy, there is no power, no radio, blower motor, wipers, directionals, ect. When you turn to start, it does not turn over, no clicking, no nothing. Thought it was the ignition switch, so I replaced that. Still does the same thing. Help please.

Inspect and test the fusible link C this is the link that powers the ignition switch

I checked all fusable links at the starter, they were all good. I also checked the relays, they seem to be good. Where 2 were the same I swapped them. Still the same problem. Thank you for answering so quickly.

You have two red wires running to ignition switch check for b+ should be voltage with key off, if not check your maxi fuses then fusible links at starter.

I had almost the same problem, mine (94 buick century) would start but I had no headlights or brakelights, radio etc. Anyway, what my problem was was a bad connection. From the positive cable running directly off the battery there is a thick wire which I believe runs to the stater but there is also a 3wire connection running towards your driver side fender, this plug is where my problem was. I disconnected it and saw a burnt connection, as soon as I cleaned it up and plugged it back in everything is back to normal, hell my service engine light even went off!
