Buick, when at operating temp. Stalls at stop lights and signs. Car runs well when running. Told it might be a heater coil on left side of engine.

I have a 95 Century 4 cylinder now doing the same thing. Runs great usually, but after some driving and "occassionally" will stall when stoping at a light or stop sign. It will usually (but not always) start up again and you can get it moving by slaming the gas while slamming it into drive. Otherwise it stalls. Once you get it going, it runs fine. Until you stop again. Then, after awhile, it seems to behave again! It gets these issues about once a week. Haven't found a pattern yet; I'm not sure there is one.

Did you ever solve this particular issue? It sounds pretty similar.

Thanks in advance.
