1993 Buick Century fuel system

Fuel pump works if I hot wire it at the relay, replaced the relay, no change. Have new 15A fuse and 12 V @ fuse the Voltage drops to 1.4 V when I install the fuse, this is normal. Relay works if I apply voltage to the magnetic coil, if I start car and remove the hot wire the engine stops. I checked all wiring that I could see OK. This problem over night.
What ever you can do for me would be greatly appreciated.

Did you check the inline fuse 15amp right front of engine compartment on relay bracket and also the fusible link rust colored at the starter solenoid?

Yep! I did and found the link from the starter was bad, replaced it and all is good now. Thanks for your help. I have another question but thats for another time.
