how do I replace the a/c clutch and or clutch bearing?

It makes absolutely no economical sense to replace an a/c clutch and bearing assembly. Unless you're in the business of refurbishing parts for resale.

A rebuilt unit will cost you exactly the same amount as the parts to rebuild yours.

You may even find a used, but still working model at a junk yard.
