1990 Buick Century I have absolutely no Idea what's wrong w

My car will only start if it has been sitting for an hour or longer, it won't start if I turn it off and try to restart it soon after. I was hoping it might just be my fuel filter but i'm afraid it might be something to do with my computer and something getting overheated!

Hey dude check the plugs. Put new ones in even if the ones in it look good. If nothing changes check the red wire leading into the plate that the coil packs are mounted on. Wiggle it around push the wire in make sure its tight.
