1988 Buick Century 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 114k miles

Is there a way to remove the center lock on the old-school wire rim Buick hubcaps WITHOUT the special tool that originally came with it? If not, any idea where to find a replacement tool?

Actually the dealer sould be able to get one for you. Other than that, they are nearly impossible to get off.

Using a pair of vice-grips, grab the inside hole, and the outer edge of the plastic/metal center, and turn it counter-clockwise. Worked for me!
