I just watched your video on how to remove a broken bolt from the exhaust manifold. I didn't hear what type of vehicle you were working on but you appeared to have plenty of space to work. My truck has barely enough space to fit my hand by the broken bolt. It is the drivers side closest to the fire wall. I replaced the gasket and all new bolts but was unable to remove the broken bolt. Do you have any tips for removing it? Is it worth taking to a shop for them to remove it?

Thanks

Tim

Good afternoon,

Can you upload a picture of the location of the broken bolt?

If there is enough room, they may be able to use a 90 degree drill to get it out.

Is anything sticking out from the broken bolt?

In some cases, the head will have to be removed to get the broken bolt removed.
