Brembo brakes

Have a reoccurring problem with the brakes screeching when backing out of the garage in the morning or backing out of a parking spot at the end of the day.
Been to Cadillac service a couple of times, short temporary fixes is all the seem to be able to do.
Email the problem directly to Cadillac but they are not responding.
Any suggestions to stop the horrid screeching

You car try to have ceramic brake pads put on it.

The Brembo brake system is an upgraded braking system with ceramic brakes. From what I understand that is part of the problem.

Ceramic shouldn't make noise. I assume this is a V series, check to see if anything is stuck between shields and rotor like rust. That can do that. I am also assuming brakes are in good shape as well and rotors are not scored etc.
