Everything has been replaced from all the brake lines, pressure hoses and master cylinder. Brake power booster front and back brakes wheel cylinders in the back and hardware the brake valve as well and still no brake and ABS light is on. The brakes still hit the floor I have to pump them a lot to build pressure to get the brakes to catch. What else can I do?

Hi,

Does the vehicle have 4 wheel anti-lock brakes? If so, chances are the brake modulator valve needs to be bled. It's likely air is trapped in it.

Take a look at the attachments below. They explain the procedure.

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe

I did that and still the same. So I put some power to the ABS box and it pushed fluid out of it when I told my son to push the brake in.

Did that take care of the problem you were having? Also, let me know if you have 4 wheel abs or only rear ABS. Additionally, is the vehicle 2 or 4wd?

Let me know.

Joe
