I bought this car with minor rust on it and it has been parked for a while. All rotors have rust on them and when you press the brakes there is a slight pull similar to when a lower control arm is bad. Changed front brakes/rotors on both front and lower control arm on one side. The noise from rotors is way less but the car goes to the right when I push the brakes. I greased all the pins in front. Can the rear cause such a pull?

Not really, I would rotate the tires front to back and then take it for a test drive, let me know. If that does fix it look for lower ball joints and control arm bushings.

Here is a guide to help you:

Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Couldn't confirm the other side was bad until I put it on the lift, no wonder why. When I checked it on the floor it looked good, lol.

I removed the two bolts holding the lower control arm from wheel and other end, but the thing is super stuck to the ball joint. I sprayed it with rust blaster and hammered it and nothing. Too tight to put any type of puller on it.

Yep, sometimes you need to put it up on the rack to see better. Upload videos if you have any troubles.
