Service ABS system and Service Traction Control system lights are on. When I brake it feels like something is grinding or scraping. I have had the front brakes and calipers done but not the back. The garage told me all my brakes were good a month ago.

The brakes should not be turning those lights on. You could have two separate issues the brake noise and fault in the ABS/traction control system. As far as brake noise you would have to figure out if it is the front or back then inspect them to see what is going on. As far as the ABS/traction light goes you going to have to have it scanned for codes with a professional scan tool. Most diyer scan tools cannot read those codes. You will need to let me know the exact code numbers not code descriptions descriptions. You might also need that scan tool to aid in the diagnosis and possibly the repair as well. But getting the codes are the starting point.
