After replacing the brakes and rotors when applying the brakes there is a front end vibration?

Changed front disc brakes and rotors. I replaced the rotors twice. When I apply the brake lightly from the front end I feel vibration, the steering wheel does not move, and I feel nothing in the brake pedal. I lifted the truck up when moving one wheel slightly I see the other wheel moving. Everything feels tight. I had a person move the steering wheel and I checked the linkage it looked okay. Kind of strange, I don’t remember if this was that bad before. I installed ceramic pads. What’s your opinion about the Bosch pads I installed?

Hello CHASE156,

Ceramic pads are much better in my opinion. I always use ceramic pads. Bosch in my opinion is some of the best brake pads out there in terms of life and price. I use them on my own vehicles.

How did the original pads and rotors look when you took them off? Any abnormal wear?

Was one worn more than the other from the same side?

Could be a possible issue with a caliper on one side.

Thank you,
Brendon
