Hi,

Is the noise coming from the same brakes that were replaced? If so, is there any change in the sound/pitch when the brakes are applied and released?

What type of brake pad was used? A very low-priced pad can cause a constant rubbing sound when the brakes are released simply because of the design and the material used.

Also, if there is little to no change when brakes are used, have you checked to make sure the backing plates behind the rotors are not bent, rusted, or anything that could allow them to rub the rotors?

Let me know. Also, if it is loud enough to record, do so and upload it for me to hear.

Take care,

Joe
