Brake lights and shifting out of park

Very urgent single mom and I need a vehicle. Brake lights wouldn't work replaced fuse brake light switch and tested all wires. Nothing worked now I have replaced my turn signal switch and it won't shift out of park and the brake lights still don't work. Please help

If there is no power from the brake light switch, the park lock solenoid won't release when you apply the brake. Thus, it won't come out of park. That has to be where the problem is coming from. Is there power to the switch? Is the switch properly adjusted?
