Hello,

The fuse for the brake lights is located in the floor console fuse block is located on the passenger side of the floor console behind the forward panel. The panel has three clips. Pull the panel to disconnect the three clips and access the fuses. Use the fuse puller to remove fuses. It is the number 9 fuse (see diagrams below).

If the fuse is good, then the issue could be a faulty brake light switch.
The brake light switch is located under the brake pedal. As the pedal gets pressed the switch gets pressed and the lights come on. Malfunctioning switch will be unable to turn on the lights as it is designed to do.

As for the turn signals, is it only the rear lights that do not function? or none of them function?
If it is just the rear, it could be a wiring issue or simply bad bulbs.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
