Sounds like the car is out of tune or missing and brakes not working right?

Bought new hoses and booster. After installation running worse, could it be the wrong booster? Or I installed the hoses on incorrectly?

Please remove the check valve from the booster (engine off) you should hear vacuum escape. If not, the booster is bad and allows a vacuum leak. Let me know what you find.
