My turbo is spooling very slowly and only builds to 11-12 PSI when my normal is 15-18, if I go wide open especially in 4th, it loses boost across the range and only builds to 2 or 3 lbs.

Good afternoon,

Do you have any codes stored?

Here is a guide that will help with pulling codes if you need it:

Good chance you have a bad wastegate that is built into the turbo.

First, look for any loose or broken clamps from the turbo to the CAC or charge air cooler. A leak will result in a low boost.

The other option is the turbo itself has failed.

Do you have an extended warranty?
