Get the tools ready and the parts, then unscrew the oil filter with a 36mm wrench and then as it is draining let the oil plug in the pan out and catch the oil. Replace the crush washer and torque to 30nm. Replace the oil filter and pour in 7 quarts of oil, you are done.
