I have a new battary about 5 monts old. The car does not start in the mornings. After I jump it, it will work all day. It even starts after my 9 hour work shift. What is wrong with it. In the mornings it will only make a click, click sound but not start the engine.

There may be several factors to cover in this problem. First, is the battery holding a charge? Is there a parasitic draw that is draining the battery when it sits? Who is the manufacturer of the battery? Was the problem pre-existing to the replacement of the battery? Have you had the charging system checked? I know these seem like silly questions but I need to ask your indulgence in narrowing down the problem and these are the logical steps.

BMW is the manufacturer of the battary and the problem why I changed the battary, is because it was dead.
