Hi is it posible to chance a oil pan on a bmw x5 3.0i with limited knowledge and tools is it a big job it look it does drive shafts etc run though it i have to change it has it has a crack thans for your help

If you take it on, I suggest you go to Amazon.com and get a Robert Bentley manual. The warranty time is about 9 hours so it is probably wise for you to double that time. I also caution you that it takes special tools, without them you are not going to be efficient, or even successful. If fixing BMW cars were easy, anyone could do it.
