WHICH IS A: SECONDARY AIR INJECTION SWITCHING VALVE A CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION.

NOW, I WONDER SHOULD I REPLACE THE AIR PUMP ONLY OR THE SHUT-OFF VALVE CONNECTED TO IT.
OTHERWISE MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT'S ON AND I HAVE TO PASS THROUGH STATE INSPECTION.
CLEARING THE CODE WILL COME BACK ON THE NEXT START-UP AFTER 2 SECONDE.

Sounds like you need to replace the 2ndary air pump

HOWEVER, AFTER A LONG REVIEW ABOUT THESE PARTS, I FINALLY DECIDED IT COULD BE THE 2NDARY AIR PUMP AND ORDERED ONE TODAY.
NOW, I CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS PART TO ARRIVE SO I CAN SAY BYE-BYE TO THIS IGNORING CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND GO THROUGH STATE EMISSION

AFTER A FEW TESTING, I SUSPECTED THE 2NDARY AIR PUMP MAY BE WORKING NO PROBLEM, BUT IT JUST SEEMS THERE'S NO ELECTRIC POWER GOING TO THE PUMP. I EVEN PULLED IT'S PLUG OUT TO SEE IF THERE'S ANY POWER COMING OUT, UNFORTUNATELY NOTHING. AND THE CAR STARTS WITHOUT THE PUMP, I'VE CHECKED ALL MY FUSES EVERYTHING OK.

BUT I'M STILL EXPERIENCING THE SAME CODE: P0412 WHICH IS 2NDARY AIR INJECTION(SWITCHING VALVE A CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION)
WHAT COULD POSSIBLY HAPPENED TO STOP POWER GOING TO THE PUMP.
