Hi I want to change the oil filter and oil of my car and I was told that I needed special tools, what are they and were can I buy them?

Standard tools will be required, a 36MM spanner for the oil filter, and a 17MM spanner for the oil drain plug. Remember to replace the crush ring on the drain plug and the o-ring on the filter housing.
