I have a bmw 840ci with 120,000. When I shut the car off all the indicator lights go on. When I start the car they all go off

They were a couple of wires that ere grounded in the driver side door which cause the fuse to pop, that operated the driver side window, gas gauge and sunroof. The wire were just re- tape so they wouldnt ground and the fuse was put back in and it didnt pop, however now the oil indicator, brake, anti lock and battery indicator comes on when I turn the car off
