I have a 740iL. All was well until I brought my car to Tonopah, Nv. Now the electric door locks don't work, the windows don't operate, and the engine turns but will not start. It was a Southern California car. These things didn't happen until the car was brought to this cold weather. It seems like an interlock problem, but I don't know how to go about getting it started so I can take it to a BMW repair shop.(The nearest one is 200 mi. Away in Las Vegas) No one in our town of three thousand souls knows anything about these cars. HELP! Thanks, Faver

The cold can do strange things, the no start issue might be a fuel delivery problem. Have you tried spraying brake clean into the intake to see if it kicks over? Try that and get back to me, then, we will address the other issues.
