Oxygen Sensor errors

I have a 1999 528i, and in the past week the car started to shake at idle and it seemed like to be misfiring at times. I got the following codes from the computer: Precat oxygen sensor short to ground, precaat oxygen sensor slow response time, misfire detectd at cyl #1-6. I went ahead and replaced the two precat oxygen sensors and reseted the computer. When I started the car it seemed to be still shaking at idel, and after 15 minutes of driving the check engine came back on. Read the codes, the same codes came back on. What could it be?

Short to ground means just that, check the wiring to the sensor!

Thanks for the quick response. Does this mean one of the leads is touching ground. Could it be that one of the post catalytic convertor oxygen sensors is bad?
