Brakes problem

the abs light is lit in the car dislpay. The sensor has been changed for this, but no good. I think the module needs changing now. Could this be the case and how much.

It needs a DSC repair module installed, and coded. It is not cheap. The correct part# is determined by the VIN. If you repost with the VIN, I will send you the correct part number and price.

You could neglect this repair, but there are safety concerns. Dynamic Stability Control is just that, if it is not working, you risk losing what the system brings to the handling of the car.

This looks to be a dealer only item. P/N 34-52-6-758-972 might be correct, but as I stressed, this is VIN specific. A call to your local BMW dealer with the info I stated would be in order here. Probably going to be $1000 or so would be a very rough guess as the dealer I work at is probably on the high end and I would rather you get several quotes.
